About Us

FexoPay is an international money transfer brand of EasyPay. We have our own network of offices in Austria, Greece, Cyprus and Spain, where our compatriots can take advantage of all services available at our offices in Bulgaria - money transfers, bank transfers, payment of utility bills, taxes, insurance and more. With the help of our international partners we give the opportunity to our clients to make money transfers to Bulgaria and more than 150 countries, as well as receive money from 170 countries around the world.

1995

Datamax AD was founded in 1995 in Bulgaria. The company specialized in the production and maintenance of banking software.
2000

ePay AD was founded in 2000 in Bulgaria as part of Datamax Holding. The company is the creator and operator of the Electronic Payment System ePay.bg.
2004

EasyPay was founded in 2004 in Bulgaria as a part of Datamax Holding. The company is developing a financial system for money transfers and payment services under the name EasyPay, also a branch network of its own offices and partner offices all over Bulgaria.
2010

July 14, EasyPay received a license from the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) to operate as a payment institution providing payment services under Art. 4, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 5 and item 6 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act.
2011

EasyPay realized a new payment service under the brand name FexoPay for Bulgarians living and working abroad. The company is expanding its office network outside Bulgaria, as the very first FexoPay offices opened doors in Cyprus and Greece.
2012

The services of the Turkish payment system UPT Money Transfer started to be offered in the EasyPay network.
2013

EasyPay starts mutual cooperations with Small World & Ria Money Transfer.
2014

EasyPay launched a partnership with the Belgian money transfer company MoneyTrans.
2015

In 2015, EasyPay opened a FexoPay office in Vienna, Austria.
2017

EasyPay opened a new FexoPay office in Cyprus.
2018

October 25, 2018, EasyPay received an additional license as an electronic money company by Decision № 258 of the BNB Governing Council (payment services under Art. 4, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 5, item 6, item 7 and item 8 of Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems).
2019

EasyPay's branch network abroad was developing, offering FexoPay services at 16 points in Austria, Greece and Cyprus.
2021

EasyPay expands its portfolio of payment services, offering its customers in Bulgaria and abroad the opportunity to make transfers to bank accounts in 48 countries worldwide.
2022

EasyPay introduces a new online transfer method, enabling customers to load EasyPay cards and bank accounts in ePay.bg from anywhere in the world using digital payments through Ria Money Transfer.
2023

EasyPay continues to expand its global office network, opening an office for FexoPay in Valencia, Spain.
2024

EasyPay signs a partnership agreement with MoneyGram.

Documents

EasyPay is officialy licensed by the Bulgarian National Bank electronic money company, entered in the public register under Art. 19 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act (PSPSA) with Decision № 258 of the BNB Governing Council of 25.10.2018. EasyPay also provides payment services under Art. 4, item 1, item 2 item 3 item 5, item 6, item 7 and item 8 of Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems. The company has a License from the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) to provide services throughout the country.
